CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR
PRE-QUALIFICATION OF COMPANIES OR GROUPS OF
COMPANIES
N° SP 432 785
This international invitation to tender of
the National Office of Electricity (ONE) is
for 412 MW Abdelmoumen Pumped Power Transfer
Station (STEP) located in North East of
Agadir city.
This STEP lies within the scope of the
hydraulic program of the ONE which will be
financed by International Financial
Institutions.
The ONE invites hereby the Companies and
Consortia to express their interest in view
of their prequalification in order to be
selected to participate to the Call of
tender (a turnkey proposal), for the
studies, Civil Engineering work, supply and
installation of equipment and commissioning
of the STEP Abdelmoumen.
Only can participate the Companies or
Consortia justifying legal, technical and
financial capacities, having a great
experiment in the field of construction and
commissioning of the STEP and fulfilling all
the criteria specified in the terms and
conditions of the call for expression of
interest for prequalification of Companies
or Consortia N° SP 432 785.

Purchases and Logistics located 65, Rue
Othman Ben Affan Casablanca Morocco.
The proposals established in accordance with
the terms and conditions can be :

to the Office of offers deposit at the ONE
head office located 65, Rue Othman Ben Affan
Casablanca, no later than Wednesday26
Marsh 2008, before 09H00 am
(Moroccan time) ;

Given to Commission’s President, on the
beginning of the meeting and before the
opening of the folds which will take place
on Wednesday 26 Marsh 2008, at 09H00 am
(Moroccan time).
The opening of the folds will be held in
public session on Wednesday 26 Marsh 2008 at
09H00 am (Moroccan time) at the ONE
headquarter located 65, Rue Othman Ben Affan
Casablanca.
